As part of Emory University’s ongoing response to COVID-19, the institution’s students now have unlimited access to no-cost, immediate medical and mental health counseling visits through TimelyCare, a telehealth company that specializes in higher education.


Emory University, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is a top-ranked private institution recognized internationally for its outstanding liberal arts colleges, graduate and professional schools, and one of the world’s leading health care systems.
This new program, in partnership with TimelyCare and Emory University, offers students a complete care solution for campus health, with on-demand medical care, on-demand mental health counseling, appointment-based counseling, psychiatric support and health coaching programs specifically designed for college students. The program allows students to have 24/7 access to free medical and/or mental health counseling visits anytime, from licensed physicians and counselors anywhere in the United States.

Whether students require medical care or mental health support, our Virtual Clinic offers on-demand care and scheduled appointments with a diverse network of carefully selected providers.
TalkNow
On-demand 24/7, mental and emotional support, health literacy guidance, and crisis management by masters-level behavioral health professionals.
Scheduled Counseling
Students may schedule appointments with the providers of their choice, at times that work for them, typically within 7 days.
Psychiatry
Virtual visits are coordinated through the campus counseling center, with treatments limited to non-controlled substances.
Care Navigation
Care coordinators can help students make the right care decisions before and after a meeting with a provider.
Self-Care Journeys
Provides students 24/7/365 access to evidence-based tools and techniques to navigate the unique health challenges they face.

The unlimited, 24/7, on-demand service provides urgent and low-acuity medical care throughout the U.S. and it helps students decrease ER visits to avoid costly medical bills.
Scheduled Medical Care
Students can schedule appointments and seek treatment for over 120 common issues, including allergies, a cold, the flu, and dermatology.
Health Coaching
Through personal health coaching, students can receive guidance to support lifestyle changes, healthy habits, and the transition from home to campus life.
Faculty and Staff Support
This is a dedicated phone line for your faculty and staff to reach our care team for guidance and support for students in distress.
Peer Community
Peer Community is a 24/7, inclusive, and positive support system for students. Day or night, it helps students know they are not alone in their health and well-being journeys.
