Accessible + Secure Care for Students
TimelyCare eliminates common barriers to care by providing students with the accessible, secure virtual care they need.
Accessibility + TimelyCare
Access that Removes Barriers
College students often face barriers to accessing care, including transportation, cost, insurance, and finding time for an appointment. TimelyCare eliminates these barriers by offering students no-cost, virtual mental health and medical care, allowing them to access it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from anywhere. All without having to worry about getting to an office and paying for a visit or finding an in-network provider.
For students who require additional support from a parent, translator, or academic advisor during a web-based visit, this functionality enables a student to add another party to an existing virtual visit. It also enables accessibility for American Sign Language (ASL) support for students who need support from a caregiver or support specialist to communicate during a visit.
To better support students who may not be comfortable with or able to communicate with a provider in English, LanguageLine within TimelyCare allows a user to invite a medically trained interpreter into a session, with over 240 languages available. This solution is available 24/7 for both on-demand and scheduled TimelyCare visits. This web-based service removes the barrier to virtual care that many students previously faced
