Why Between-Session Support Matters for Student Well-Being

Students often experience stress, academic pressure, and difficult moments outside of scheduled appointments. Digital Self-Care gives them on-demand tools they can return to anytime, whether they’re preparing for exams, managing daily stress, or practicing skills from counseling or coaching.

  • More than a third of students screened positive for depression (38%) or anxiety ¹
  • Unfortunately, more than half (54%) of those students didn’t receive counseling. ¹
  • Students need options for support, even if they aren’t ready to speak to a provider yet.

Hear why Elon’s counseling director recommends TimelyCare Digital Self-Care as a short, engaging way for students to practice skills between counseling visits.
