Nicole Bump has been appointed as TimelyCare’s first Chief Customer Officer, a role created to ensure institutions achieve meaningful outcomes through a strong, collaborative partnership with TimelyCare. She will lead the onboarding, implementation, and customer experience teams, focusing on seamless execution, strategic alignment, and long-term impact.
Bump is a veteran customer experience leader who joins TimelyCare from Field Nation, a leading on-site IT talent platform company, where she was EVP of Customer Experience & Operations. Bump has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Minnesota School of Business and is based in Minnesota.
