Senior Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist Ana Silva brings extensive experience in healthcare administration. She is focused on streamlining processes and fostering teamwork to achieve the best outcomes. At TimelyCare, Ana enhances provider onboarding and credentialing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflows. She works closely with new providers to ensure they are fully prepared to support our members as soon as they complete onboarding.

Mental Health Provider Jaime Garcia joined the TimelyCare team after graduating with his MSW. He wanted to join the TimelyCare team to help people in their time of need.

Business Systems Analyst JR Gosnell wanted to pivot in his career and found a home at TimelyCare. He was able to use skills from his previous jobs and then continued to learn more after he joined the team. JR felt comfortable changing his career because TimelyCare’s mission resonated with him and now motivates him to be at his best.

Customer Support Team Lead Ashley Correa came on board as a Customer Support Coordinator before taking on a more significant role. In her current position, Ashley trains new coordinators while helping members and providers. She felt compelled to join the TimelyCare team because the mission was important.

Prior to joining TimelyCare full-time as a Provider Engagement Specialist, Chandana Chitralekha was one of our care interns. In her role, she serves as a main point of contact for our counselors and focuses on coaching systems optimization. Prior to joining the TimelyCare team, Chandana worked as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin Benner Laboratory.

Mental Health Provider and 2024 TalkNow, Direct Care Champion Keyunna White has been in social work for over ten years. Even during the interview process, Keyunna felt like TimelyCare was special and wished the platform was something she had access to while in college. What Keyunna loves most is that her patients see her as someone that they can turn to, knowing that she is there to help and not judge them.

Physician Tabitha Bedini has been in the field for over ten years. Tabitha has been recognized in the medical field, including TimelyCare’s internal MedicalNow, Direct Care Champion in 2023 and 2024. She chose to work for TimelyCare because she enjoys caring for patients during their college years because they need someone who understands and can relate to them. Tabitha knows she can help them as they go through this new and challenging time of being out on their own.

Colton Rothwell
Trade Show & Event Coordinator
Colton Rothwell joined the TimelyMD team in 2021, working with our customer experience team. In that role, he provided one-on-one support for the students that we serve. He pursued his new position as Trade Show & Events Coordinator because of his passion for helping others and being able to speak to the mission and the great work TimelyMD is doing each day. He has a passion for working with both youth and LGTBQ mental health and has volunteered as a support group facilitator and board member for PFLAG, evaluator for FCCLA, and lifeline counselor for The Trevor Project.
“Waking up each day knowing that I’m making a lifelong positive impact on a college student’s life is extremely rewarding, and doing this work alongside colleagues who share the same passion toward the values and mission is the icing on the cake for me. What we all do here cannot be better described than special, which is exactly the word I would use to describe my experience working at TimelyMD.”
