His team includes Implementation and Customer Success, dedicated to helping customers achieve their business goals through product, service, and relationship development.
Before joining TimelyCare, Rich served as the VP of Global Customer Success for edX for Business, where he oversaw teams of Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Customer Support responsible for helping organizations worldwide attain their desired outcomes through a diverse portfolio of learning products and services. He has also held leadership positions in Healthcare Software, Education Technology, and Technical Staffing Solutions organizations for over a decade.
Rich has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Salem State University and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford University. He resides in Delray Beach, Florida
