These notable appointments reflect TimelyCare’s unwavering dedication to delivering personalized, clinically proven care that improves student outcomes, inspires enduring success, and strengthens learning communities.
Nicole Bump has been appointed as TimelyCare’s first Chief Customer Officer, a role created to ensure institutions achieve meaningful outcomes through a strong, collaborative partnership with TimelyCare. She will lead the onboarding, implementation, and customer experience teams, focusing on seamless execution, strategic alignment, and long-term impact.
Bump is a veteran customer experience leader who joins TimelyCare from Field Nation, a leading on-site IT talent platform company, where she was EVP of Customer Experience & Operations. Bump has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Minnesota School of Business and is based in Minnesota.
Ray Akhavan has joined TimelyCare as its first in-house General Counsel, leading all legal and regulatory matters essential to the organization’s continued success. With significant expertise in the healthcare and technology industries, Ray has many years of experience leading legal and compliance teams in both private and public company settings.
Ray has a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law, a Masters of Science from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech.
