Comprehensive Wellness from TimelyCare
TimelyCare provides an ecosystem of care to support students wherever they are in their health and well-being journey.

In addition to 24/7 on-demand and scheduled medical and mental health care, TimelyCare also includes self-care resources, like a Peer Community, for students to continue their health journey on a timeline that works for them.
Beyond a telehealth experience, TimelyCare has created a virtual health and well-being platform. Whether students are looking for yoga, meditation, or discussions on important topics, TimelyCare is a destination for student health.
Yoga
TimelyCare offers recorded yoga classes free to all students to help them relax, stretch, and restore balance.
Meditation
Need a quick break? TimelyCare offers students guided meditations ranging from 5 to 15 minutes to help them relax and refocus. It’s perfect for in between classes or after a stressful exam.
Discussions
TimelyCare also offers discussions from some of the best minds in mental health to help with issues like navigating conflicts and setting positive intentions.
Self-Care Journeys
This experience provides students 24/7/365 access to evidence-based tools and techniques to navigate the unique health challenges they face. With topics including how to manage stress, maintain healthy relationships, and form healthy eating habits, students learn how to set goals to achieve better health and well-being.

Peer Community: A Safe Space for Students to Connect
This anonymous, peer-to-peer support within the TimelyCare platform provides students a place to connect with other students across the country who face similar challenges. Since peer support may be the first step in seeking care, it also helps to remove the stigma of seeking mental health support, promotes treatment engagement, and reaches a wider demographic.
Peer-to-peer support is not a substitute for counseling from a licensed mental health provider. However, it can be the first step a student takes to experience support, encouraging them to try formal counseling or talk therapy within TimelyCare.

Post
In a safe environment, students can anonymously share their thoughts, feelings, and emotions with the nationwide community of students experiencing many of the same challenges.
Comment
Students can also anonymously reply to other TimelyCare students from across the nation to show support to those taking the first step in getting help.
Support
Another way students can engage is to click the “heart” icon. This shows support and lets them know they’re not alone in their health and well-being journey.
