With a career spanning leadership roles across mid-market software firms and emerging startups, Michelle is a dynamic, three-time CMO known for delivering transformative business outcomes.
A Golden Globee Award winner, Michelle brings a unique combination of visionary leadership and operational expertise. She has successfully managed diverse marketing teams across North America, Latin America, and India, expertly implementing strategies that transform marketing functions into revenue powerhouses. Recently, she oversaw a "House of Brands" strategy for a leading HCM software company, integrating numerous acquisitions and steering a global team of 100 marketers, designers, and business development representatives.
In addition to her role as CMO, Michelle previously served as President of PrismHR. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and began her career in marketing at IBM. Michelle also serves as a Trustee at Elmhurst University, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and mentorship in business and education.
