As Associate Vice President of People and Culture, Kristin Looper leads the efforts to find great candidates to join the growing TimelyCare team. She also supports organizational development, performance management, and culture initiatives and partners directly with the Care Team to support.
Kristin is a true business partner and has held various HR positions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for more than a decade. She started with TimelyCare as the Senior Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition, and was recently promoted in 2023. She has a passion for finding and building leaders and brand ambassadors through constant communication, kind coaching, and overall organizational support.
Kristin has a BBA in Financial Management from Abilene Christian University and is based in Fort Worth with her family.
