She is a healthcare leader with 20+ years of experience, a proven track record of scaling teams for company growth, and a focus on data-driven operational efficiencies to achieve goals. Crystal joined TimelyCare after leading Dispatch Health through significant company growth as Vice President of Provider Services Operations. She is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Eastern Washington University.
