At TimelyCare, Griffin oversees all current partner relationships managed by the Client Success Team. He works to optimize CS operations, manages cross-departmental relationships, facilitates strategic outreach with key campus stakeholders, and ensures a high-quality experience for all existing partnerships.
Griffin is passionate about designing and executing strategies to help each TimelyCare partner optimize their program and achieve desired outcomes that align with their institutional goals.
Griffin comes to TimelyCare with several years of higher education and client management experience. He has held various student affairs and healthcare-related roles in higher education, including roles at Tufts University, MIT, and most recently serving as the Assistant Director of Health Promotion at Southern Methodist University.
He also brings experience from his time at Marsh & McLennan Agency, where he worked as a health Management Consultant designing and implementing well-being programs for large companies to improve the health and well-being of their employee populations.
