Emilee oversees partner relationships managed by TimelyCare’s Customer Success Team. She works to optimize CS operations, manages cross-departmental relationships, facilitates strategic outreach with key campus stakeholders, and ensures a high-quality experience for all existing partnerships.
She has more than a decade of experience as a customer success professional working in higher education and healthcare. Emilee came to TimelyCare from Meazure Learning (ProctorU), where she most recently served as vice president of customer success and operations.
Emilee is based in Winston-Salem, NC, and earned a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Cortland.
