(FORT WORTH, Texas) —
TimelyCare today announced the appointment of Andrew Jensen as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), a role dedicated to advancing the company’s mission to foster student success and improve the health and well-being of campus communities.
As CPTO, Jensen will guide the teams that shape TimelyCare’s product, design, engineering, and infrastructure. His focus will be on enhancing the company’s technology platform, introducing new ways to seamlessly connect students with care, and ensuring reliability and accessibility at every step. He will also champion the thoughtful use of technology to enhance student experiences, always balancing innovation with responsibility.
“At TimelyCare, we know that technology isn’t just about speed and scale, it’s about connection,” said Luke Hejl, Co-Founder and CEO of TimelyCare. “Andrew brings a passion for creating systems that listen, learn, and adapt to the real needs of students and campuses. His leadership will help us deliver even greater impact to the communities we serve.”
Jensen’s early priorities will center on deepening the feedback loop between students, campuses, and TimelyCare’s product teams, accelerating innovation velocity through AI-enabled tools and practices, and scaling product and engineering cohesion under one leader to advance the company’s customer-centric mission.
Before joining TimelyCare, Jensen held senior product and technology leadership roles at UserZoom, UserTesting and IBM, where he guided organizations through rapid growth, successful integrations, and customer-driven AI innovation.
“I’m inspired by TimelyCare’s mission, and I’m eager to partner with this talented team,” said Jensen. “We are in the right place to shape the conversation of how AI and automation should support human healthcare practitioners. Together, we’ll build on TimelyCare’s strong foundation to deliver care that’s more accessible, more innovative, and more meaningful for the partners that trust us.”
Jensen will collaborate closely with TimelyCare veteran and former Chief Technology Officer Noel Geren, who is taking on a new role as Chief Innovation Officer.
