As our Chief Technology Officer, Noel supports TimelyCare’s next stage of growth by building and scaling our engineering and technology. He is a hands-on, innovative technology leader that brings vast experience in technology and telehealth, including experience as Chief Architect of Teladoc, where he built the platform’s patient, provider and care record technology stack. Noel is responsible for building and leveraging technology to deliver a powerful, unique and patient-centric telehealth experience for our TimelyCare students/patients.
