As Vice President of Product Design, Jared Stephens leads the team behind TimelyCare’s innovative and effective tools to provide easy access to the best medical and mental health care when students need it most.
Jared uses a combination of user empathy, analytics, and decades of design and product experience to understand the needs of the students who use TimelyCare, and prioritize solutions that meet those needs. He joined TimelyCare from Bright Health where he was Vice President of Product and Design, and spent six years leading design at the USAA Investment Company prior to that.
Jared is also an international keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and podcast host on the topics of design and product strategy, in addition to serving as a mentor and teacher in the design community. He has a B.S. degree in Interactive Media from Harding University and his home base is San Antonio, Texas.
