Tracy Sullivan is a senior-level brand strategist and creative leader with a national portfolio and deep expertise at the intersection of brand, content, and design—spanning both academic and commercial environments. As Vice President of Brand Strategy at TimelyCare, she leads the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy, content and creative direction, and communication framework. Her work ensures a cohesive and compelling brand presence that aligns with TimelyCare’s mission to transform the way students access care.
At TimelyCare, Tracy oversees Brand Strategy and Management, Content and Creative Strategy, and Communication Strategy, bringing cross-functional leadership to initiatives that drive brand affinity, clarity, and measurable impact. She collaborates across executive, product, marketing, and people teams to elevate storytelling and craft a brand experience that connects meaningfully with diverse audiences.
Tracy’s experience prior to TimelyCare includes leading brand initiatives, integrated campaigns, and content strategies for clients ranging from global enterprises to regional colleges. Her work is grounded in clarity, narrative, and audience insight. In higher education, she forged a multi-year creative partnership with Gallatin College (Montana State University), where she led a student-first recruitment campaign, refreshed the college’s brand voice, and developed a comprehensive suite of enrollment and workforce development tools.
In addition to her professional practice, Tracy is an adjunct professor at Montana State University, where she teaches digital design and web tools. Her teaching experience keeps her connected to how real students engage with information—and continually informs her approach to building creative that meets audiences where they are.
