TimelyCare Kicks Off 2025 With Recognition as a Great Place to Work®

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 14, 2025
Contact: Mallory Olson, mallory.olson@timelycare.com, 828-280-6480

(FORT WORTH, TX) — TimelyCare, higher education’s most trusted virtual health and well-being provider, is proud to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work® for a second year.

This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at TimelyCare. This year, 92% of employees at TimelyCare say it’s a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

“At TimelyCare, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and this award is a testament to the incredible culture we’ve built together,” said Jacki Craft, TimelyCare Chief People Officer. “By fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth thrive, we hope every team member feels valued and supported. This recognition reinforces our commitment to making TimelyCare not just a great place to work, but a workplace where everyone can do their best and most meaningful work.”

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

Ninety-nine percent of TimelyCare employees surveyed said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome. Here’s what TimelyCare employees said when Great Place to Work® asked what is unique or unusual about the company that makes it a great place to work:

“Best company culture I’ve ever been a part of. I respect and trust every single person I work with. That is EXTREMELY hard to find.

“The people in this company are the most genuine I have come across in over 20 years in healthcare.”

“Every single new hire that introduces themselves on the bi-weekly staff call and talks about their “why” for joining the company says they joined because of our mission. Having a nearly unanimously mission-driven workforce is incredibly unique and makes TimelyCare an amazing place to work.”

“The remote environment is a huge perk to this job. Beginning my career here, I was unsure how well human connection and camaraderie would translate through a computer screen. I can confidently say that I feel more closely allied and in touch with my coworkers and leadership here than I ever did working in an office. There is something truly special about this place and the people that work here.”

TimelyCare won several prestigious awards for workplace excellence in 2024, including recognition as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces, earning Top Workplace Culture Excellence awards for purpose & values, work-life flexibility, innovation, compensation & benefits and leadership, and being named a top workplace in Texas and in the healthcare industry.

“Great Place to Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that TimelyCare stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

According to Great Place To Work® research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified Great Workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
