New to yoga? No problem! This TimelyCare session focuses on proper form and building body awareness with a series of poses designed to leave you feeling powerful and strong. This class is meditative while also helping you gain a mind body connection through slower pace movements and a focus on the breath. Taught by Tiffany Sipos, who has 8 years of teaching experience, and aside from being trained in both power yoga and meditation, she is also a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer. She loves to help her students find the balance between strength and flexibility.
