TimelyCare members who entered care with severe symptoms on the PHQ-9 or GAD-7 achieved, on average, clinically significant change by their third scheduled counseling or psychiatry visit. Additionally, those who entered care with clinical symptoms on the PHQ-9 or GAD-7, on average, dropped a severity ranking (e.g., moderate to mild) by their third scheduled counseling or psychiatry visit.

TimelyCare providers and coaches undergo an extensive competency questionnaire that captures their expertise, which is then added to your bio in the TimelyCare platform. This allows members to select their provider or coach based on their individual needs and preferences, which enhances the opportunity for greater therapeutic alliance.
Our network of providers and coaches also has opportunities to engage in digital content and display expertise in various formats and types of media, such as Self-Care Journeys and podcasts.

At TimelyCare, we’re creating the best care experience for both our members and providers. There are no insurance or payment hassles and there is a care coordination team to assist with referrals and scheduling. Our Provider Services Team focuses on using industry best practices and is there for you every step of the way through the credentialing and onboarding process. Once onboarded, our Provider Engagement Team is there to provide resources, coaching, and to answer any questions you may have. You will receive monthly newsletters with updates on all the things TimelyCare Providers and Coaches need to know, and you will also be invited to monthly fireside chats to connect with the team. Continuing Education
TimelyCare is an approved institutional sponsor of continuing education for mental health professionals by the APA and ASWB.
This honor comes after a lengthy submission process to ensure that TimelyCare CE programming meets the high bar maintained by these governing bodies. This means TimelyCare educational programming and provider training are pre-approved for acceptance as formal CE by most state boards for most mental health license types.
